Satisfaction Guarantee

If the products you purchase from finishgear.com don’t meet your expectations, you may return them up to 20 days later for a credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn, modified or abused products.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States of America.  For shipping to Canada please contact our sales department by using the contact us phone number, email or submission form.

Exigo,LLC.  Charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address for your entire product order. All product orders placed before 9:00 a.m. MST should ship the same business day given the product(s) are in-stock. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

USPS Priority Mail Delivery:
You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 business days after it has left our Colorado Warehouse. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.

Free USPS Priority service shipping only applies to orders of $100.00 usd or more to a single address. For multiple addresses, free USPS Priority service shipping only applies to each delivery address over $100.00 usd. Standard shipping and handling rates apply for each delivery address if the order total to that address is under $100.00.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, odor-free, unused or unworn items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund without any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the full price of the product, less shipping. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For your protection, ankle supports, compression shorts, mouth guards or protective cups cannot be returned even if they are new.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards billed to addresses in the United States that are issued by financial institutions with offices in the United States.

We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery (COD), and we do not have layaway or deferred payment options.


How to Use Your Shopping Bag

When you add an item to your shopping bag, it is saved for up to thirty days, even if you leave our site. If you leave our site, delete our cookies and do not have an account with us, items in your shopping bag will be permanently lost.

Putting items in your shopping bag does not reserve them for you; the items could sell out between the time you add them to your shopping bag and when you purchase them. Each time you access your shopping bag, our inventory is checked for the latest availability of each product.
